The Rough and The Velvet
Our Playlist
     The Rough and The Velvet is  a musical project born in 2005.
      It started with the album Synthetic Alchemy, a sort of exercise with sound and plasticity and  
      evolved with the second piece of work Sounds. In Life And Death Of These Derelict Souls, which  
      originates from a series of lyrics written many years ago as the musical version of a poetry
      collection bearing the same title.
      Although the universe of the songwriter is populated by many genres and by the love for many
      different bands,  the songs do not refer to anyone in particular. The style could be a sort of
      alternative experimental pop.
     Try our question and answer game and you'll have the chance to win a gadget, every 500th  
      registered   member a special prize will be up for grabs.
